INCLEMENT WEATHER: Sunnybrook will follow the policy of the Virginia Beach Public Schools. If it is announced that the public schools are closing due to snow, ice, etc., Sunnybrook will also be closing. We will announce here on this website all information regarding school closing as soon as possible; check back often for updates. Please be patient and have a back-up childcare plan if Sunnybrook is closed. Only Kindergarten students will make up missed days due to inclement weather.
Please note that a "2 hour delayed opening" for Sunnybrook means that instead of opening school at 7:00 AM, we will observe the following schedule:
9:00 Kindergarten students arrive 9:30 Full day/day care students may arrive 10:00 Part time/car pool children may arrive
